Yes, our shipping is free for our standard shipping. We generally utilize Fedex for our shipping services and your order should arrive in 4 to 6 business days. We do offer an upgrade service for $10 which will cut that time in half. There is a $35 charge for international orders. We will email you a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Along with Free Shipping, we also provide a Free High Quality Polishing Cloth and your jewelry is shipped in a Free Gift Wrapped Box.
4. What is your Return Policy?
Our policy is similar to many other Fine Jewelry stores. On many products we offer a 21 day return policy. On items which have gemstones there is a 5 day return policy. There is no return on jewelry that have been customized. Check our Terms of Service Page for more details. Most people know within the first day if they will keep the jewelry or not and there are rarely any issues with returning an item. Returns are few and far between with PendantsDirect.com due to our solid customer service and the high quality of jewelry that we sell.
5. Is the jewelry on this site genuine and real?
100% Real, Genuine and of High Quality. We do not sell "knock offs" or use materials from countries which are known for using "cheap" metals and gemstones.
6. Can you ship to locations outside the US?
We do ship to Canada, the U.K. and most of Western Europe. Contact us for details. There is a $35 charge for international orders. We only accept PayPal for international orders as a payment method (we accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and PayPal for our US orders). Areas that are known for high fraud are avoided by PendantsDirect.com.
